A Gurugram Traffic Police note on its vehicle movement pass, hosted by GMDA, gives no-entry timings of 8 to 10 AM and 5 to 9 PM for commercial vehicles in designated areas. The note is from 2023 and names no roads, so ask your mover which hours they plan for your route. Societies often have their own loading hours too: BOXnMOVE asks customers to share gate timings, the tower name and the parking level in advance.
How do I move my electricity connection?

And water?
It depends on who serves your area. GMDA takes new water connection applications online, but only for areas under GMDA. The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram lists ten documents for a new water and sewer connection, including the property registry and a paid house tax bill, so in practice the owner applies. Its process takes 12 days.
